Common questions
How long should I keep my business records?
The IRS says to keep records for 3 years in most cases, and employment tax records for at least 4 years. Some situations call for longer, such as 6 years if income was underreported or 7 years for a bad-debt or worthless-securities claim.
Do you work with businesses outside Utah?
Yes. We work online, so we can help small businesses anywhere in the United States.
Can we work together in Spanish?
